Drone Deliverables Software

Drone deliverables software that turns every flight into a client-approved result

Define what each client is owed, generate orthomosaics, 3D models and point clouds in Aerosyne Console, deliver everything through a branded portal, and close the job once the client signs off.

How deliverables work

Every deliverable starts as a promise on the job and ends as an approved file

Aerosyne keeps the client’s requirement, the outputs your team produces and the client’s sign-off on one record, so nothing depends on memory or email threads.

  1. Define what the client is buying

Add deliverable specs to the job or a reusable template: type, output format, target area, coverage, target GSD and accuracy, and whether it is required for closeout.

  2. Outputs land on the job automatically

Finished processing runs are promoted into the job’s files with client and job context attached. Uploaded reports, photos and sensor data join the same record.

  3. Clients review in their portal

Clients open deliverables in a branded portal, download them when you allow it, and approve or request changes with notes. Every review is kept in the file’s history.

  4. Closeout waits for approval

A required deliverable without an approved file blocks job completion, so work is only closed once the client has signed off on what was promised.

Why it matters

Drone deliverables software that connects scope, outputs and sign-off

File-sharing links move data. Aerosyne also knows what was promised, who produced it, and whether the client accepted it.

Aerosyne operating layer

Scope that matches the contract

Structured deliverable specs replace freeform notes, so pilots, processors and account managers work from the same definition of done.

One record from flight to file

Processing runs, uploads, reviews and approvals stay attached to the job, the site and the client instead of scattered drives and inboxes.

A delivery experience clients notice

Branded portals, organised files and clear review steps make every handover feel professional, and make repeat work easier to win.

The full deliverables workflow

From contracted spec to approved deliverable

Steps marked “In development” are part of the finished deliverables product and are not available in the beta yet.

  1. Step 01

    Define the deliverable spec

Record the deliverable type, format, area, coverage and target GSD or accuracy on the job, or reuse them from a job template.

  2. Step 02

Plan the mission to the spec

    In development

Choose the deliverable and your aircraft; Aerosyne derives altitude, overlap, speed and pattern from the target GSD and the drone’s sensor, and you can still override any value.

  3. Step 03

    Fly, upload and process

Upload imagery to the job and run Area Mapping or 3D Structure processing. Finished outputs are linked back to the job and client automatically.

  4. Step 04

    Check outputs against the spec

    In development

Compare achieved GSD, accuracy and coverage with what the client contracted before anything is sent for review.

  5. Step 05

    Client review and approval

Share deliverables in the client portal. Clients approve or request changes with notes, and your team sees every response in real time.

  6. Step 06

    Close the job with proof

Closeout readiness confirms every required deliverable has an approved file before the job is marked complete and invoiced.

FAQ

Questions operators ask about drone deliverables software

Practical answers for commercial drone teams comparing tools, processes, and rollout paths.

What is drone deliverables software?

Drone deliverables software helps commercial operators define what each client is owed, produce or collect the outputs, deliver them to the client, and record approval. Aerosyne connects those steps to the job, site, client and invoice.

What deliverables can Aerosyne generate?

Aerosyne Console can process drone imagery into orthomosaic maps (GeoTIFF with a preview and metadata), 3D models (OBJ) and point clouds (PLY). Reports, photos, video, thermal and LiDAR data produced elsewhere can be uploaded and delivered through the same workflow.

How do clients approve deliverables?

Clients open deliverables in their Aerosyne portal and either approve them or request changes with a note. Downloads and reviews can be turned on or off per client, and each decision is kept in the file’s review history.

What is deliverable-first planning?

Deliverable-first planning, currently in development, lets you start a mission from the client’s spec, such as a 2 cm GSD orthomosaic, and have Aerosyne work out flight altitude, overlap and speed for your drone instead of entering them by hand.

Can Aerosyne stop a job closing before the client signs off?

Yes. When a job has required deliverable specs, closeout readiness flags any required deliverable that does not yet have an approved file, so the job is not marked complete early.
